If it still isn't working, it may be expired or doesn't apply to your order. Promo codes can only be used once per customer, and only one promo code may be applied to your order.

Some of our items are one offs, unique, or part of a limited collection which means we may not get them back in stock. However, if you would like to know if the product you're looking for is going to be back in stock, let us know via email or phone, and we can let you know if and when it is back in our store.
If you have pre-ordered an item, the approximate time of release will be stated in the product description. If we are expecting the pre-order item soon, we will delay your delivery and send your item out in one package. If your pre-order time is longer, we will send your items separately.
